This is a midrange, creature heavy priest deck with control spells to even out matchups against slower decks. You should be able to curve out pretty well, so in almost all matchups you're looking to mulligan for Zombie Chow, Nat Pagle, or Museum Curator (Northshire Cleric is good too, but I usually like to have some support with other minions or Power Word: Shield). If you're lucky, Nat Pagle will win you the game if he draws you more than 1 card. Ironbeak Owl is okay in your starting hand as long as you also have a Zombie Chow or something, but it's probably going to do more work in the late game. Museum Curator is likely to give you a Dark Cultist, so I did not include him in the deck. Velen's Chosen will keep the early game minions alive and will make Nat Pagle so much better. Midrange minions like Auchenai Soulpriest, Piloted Shredder, Loatheb, Sludge Belcher, and Cabal Shadow Priest(+Shrinkmeister) will help you press your lead into late game drops like Dr. Boom, Sylvanas Windrunner, and the big man, Arch-Thief Rafaam. Rafaam will usually have a time to shine towards the end of the game and really helps to close them out. Justicar Trueheart synergizes nicely with Auchenai Soulpriest and staying alive. Spot removal with Shadow Word: Pain, Shadow Word: Death, and Entomb. Aoe with Holy Nova and Lightbomb. Use your removal wisely, since there's way less in here than a normal control priest deck. You really want to retain board control from start to finish, so make sure you can back up a Lightbomb with a Piloted Shredder or something.
Here you can just swap in stuff if you feel like the ladder is getting hard to climb. More AOE can be helpful against faster decks, as well as maybe another Cabal Shadow Priest and Sludge Belcher. Thoughtsteal is okay to add against slower decks like the one's with Reno Jackson. I'm currently looking into Holy Champion, she seems like she could be alright in this one and could bring some additional threats in slower metas. You may also consider dropping more inconsistent cards for more spot removal. Late game bombs can be swapped around, though I generally like to keep Dr. Boom and Sylvanas Windrunner. You really need to have some sort of endgame finisher, so Ragnaros the Firelord, Confessor Paletress, and Ysera are good options, too.
